Today. On my way toJamaicaRum, there was a car, licenseplate PSALLO, obviously surveilling someone, possibly me. A blackwoman in a driver's seat, fiddling with cellphone. The vehicle was on my way so that I can never miss it. After I have entered the restaurant, the woman did something at the trunk, and left the spot.
Yesterday. During the entire time I was inJamaicaRum, a thug atUHPD was facing the restaurant inside his vehicle to send the message. These thugs, whether it's city, university, whether it be Rice, UH, or MedicalCenter, they behave in the same way. Their position and power can never be challenged.
